  • Contribute to planning and developing comprehensive PR campaigns, escalating issues with solutions as necessary.
  • Lead the creation of core PR materials, such as media strategies and press releases.
  • Ensure quality control for all communications/content produced by the team.
  • Facilitate clear and timely communication with clients and within the team.

Full Job Description
Ruder Finn is seeking an Account Supervisor to join our Healthcare Practice. In this role, you will you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, helping drive integrated communications program inclusive of regulatory milestones, disease awareness efforts, social and influencer initiatives, patient advocacy efforts, and earned media efforts. You will work closely with senior account leadership and clients to shape and execute programs that advance clientobjectives, while also managing workstreams, timelines, budgets, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring high-quality,timelyand error-free client deliverables. Ifyou’repassionate about healthcare, energized by complex challenges, and excited to build campaigns that make an impact, this could be the perfect role for you.   Key Responsibilities  • Work with senior account leads tomanageday-to-day activities and ensureclient’s objectivesand strategic vision are being met  • Oversee multiple projects for clients from conception to completion by anticipating challenges, troubleshooting problems, proposing solutions, offering client counsel, overseeing work quality and ensuring deadline and budget adherence  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of client’s business, including its competitors and their products, public opinion/market trends,influencersand media trends, and understanding how those factors may impactclient’s business  • Contribute significantly to the research, planning, and development of comprehensiveand strategic public relations campaigns. Understand when to elevate problems to senior team members along with proposed solutions, soliciting their counsel when needed  • Lead the development of core materials, including media strategy, press releases, key message documents, social mediacontentand communications plans  • Ensurequality control of allcommunications/content • Showa high levelof responsiveness and communicate with clients, supervisorsand account teams in a clear and timelymanner  • Adapt communication style according to the audience and message being communicated  • Promote two-way communication within the team and invite ideas and creativity from junior team members.
