Full Job Description
What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Supervisor to oversee agency work on assigned accounts and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will establish VML as a leader in the business, helping to achieve clients' marketing objectives and managing income results for the agency. In this role, you will manage and evolve the Client Engagement team on your account in partnership with a cross-functional team to better deliver results.

What You'll Do:
  • Supervise all work, providing oversight and guidance on current work
  • Contribute to the development of long-term account success and growth by participating in client engagement plan development and execution
  • Drive execution and measurement of final plan, ensuring proactive through leadership and MIP initiatives are carried out
  • Maintain expert knowledge of client's business, category, and competition
  • Build and maintain client and partner relationships
  • Participate in key client meetings including VML presentations, client briefings, MRL reviews, strategy sessions, agency day, and cross agency partner meetings
  • Deliberately focus on development of direct reports, models desired work outputs and behaviors
  • Regularly inform Director, Client Engagement on business status, including escalation as needed
  • Effectively develop and disseminate strategic direction across internal cross-functional teams
  • Be comfortable working in and leading integrated agency relationships
  • Lead integration efforts across multi-channel engagements

Who You Are and What You Bring:
  • Five or more years of relevant client or agency experience within the pharma/health space working on DTC campagins
  • Oncology experience a plus
  • Experience with marketing (traditional and/or digital) focusing on multi-channel campaign development and strategy
  • Previous experience working on a pharmaceutical or health account preferred
  • Familiarity navigating healthcare and client submission processes/platforms considered a plus
  • Familiarity with all facets of interactive campaign and macro strategy development

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. $60,000-$140,000 USD
