The Role
The Account Supervisor, Health will join a dynamic Healthcare team, which is Porter Novelli's largest practice globally. As an Account Supervisor on our team you will be provided with a clearly defined and well-supported path for career growth. Overall, the work is an interesting blend of science and data, and product communications for a groundbreaking client.

What You Will Be Doing
Support the development and execution of public relations plans: Assist in bringing strategic ideas to life by contributing to PR programs that align with client goals and reflect key industry trends.
Help translate scientific and regulatory milestones: Lead development of internal and external communication materials for data milestones and regulatory approvals that resonate with audiences, including media, healthcare professionals, and patient communities.
Support high-visibility communications campaigns: Support content creation, media materials, and sponsored content and more as part of high-visibility celebrity and influencer campaigns, with close attention to accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
Help translate scientific and regulatory milestones: Lead development of internal and external communication materials for data milestones and regulatory approvals that resonate with audiences, including media, healthcare professionals, and patient communities.

Lead media material development and monitoring: Collaborate with earned specialists to research media targets, develop media lists, draft outreach materials. Lead team monitoring efforts on a daily basis and around data milestones.
Collaborate with integrated teams: Partner with colleagues across digital, paid, media, and analytics functions to support the development of integrated campaign elements.
Ensure smooth project management: Manage project timelines and team bandwidth, making sure execution stays on track amid tight turns.
Pitch in where needed: Be ready to support teammates with coordination, documentation, and execution across various projects and deliverables.
Serve as a junior team mentor: Provide direction and feedback to junior team members in daily and ongoing responsibilities; mentoring them for growth within the team. Participate in the hiring and onboarding of new team members.

The Experience That Will Contribute To Your Success
High science expertise is a must, along with a strong commitment to learning and applying data-driven insights
Enormous commitment to making a difference in healthcare PR
Thorough understanding of rules and regulations in consumer and / or pharma healthcare space; experience in oncology and supporting FDA approvals, medical meetings and data readouts is a strong plus
4+ years of PR/communications experience, PR agency experience will be advantageous
Experience with Veeva and preparing documents for MLR reviews is a strong advantage.
Balanced organized workstyle allowing for equal success whether stepping up and driving work independently or collaborating and project managing with the team
Sureness in all the skills one would expect at this level including understanding the regulatory environment; engaging directly with clients on most agendas; project management; writing; content development; presenting; digital; social; budget; preference for working as part of a highly collaborative team

The anticipated salary range for the Account Supervisor role is $80,000 - $90,000. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
