About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive client services professional who is ready to own our client relationships for the execution of our high-touch campaigns. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing revenue across Tubi's client base. The Account Manager will focus on managing the day-to-day success of our campaigns by providing best-in-class service and strategic support to our clients.

This is a hybrid role based out of our New York office. You must be willing to travel to our New York office four days/week.

What You'll Do:
  • Partner with Sales and clients to understand campaign objectives, and execute campaigns accordingly
  • Understand the programmatic and direct landscape to help clients accomplish their goals
  • Work closely with the Pre Sales team to understand plan components and deal terms
  • Responsible for creating and implementing timelines and touchpoints to manage the campaign process from IO approval and deal creation through day to day management and billing IO campaigns
  • Create direct and programmatic campaigns in Tubi's Order Management System
  • Support clients & sales by providing best-in-class services around all aspects of campaign execution, including but not limited to screenshots, internal and external pacing reports, incremental asks, and campaign wrap reporting
  • Utilize third party and proprietary data to analyze campaign performance and delivery
  • Work closely with Ad Operations to review campaign set up, monitor pace and performance, and troubleshoot technical issues or discrepancies across direct and programmatic campaigns to ensure full delivery
  • Circulate final campaign performance with internal teams to provide actionable recommendations for improving future campaigns

Your Background:
  • 2+ years relevant job experience required
  • Experience in digital advertising, specifically understanding the digital video landscape
  • Experience with DSPs and SSPs encouraged
  • Strong Excel skills and the ability to manage & analyze large sets of data
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to details
  • Highly organized with fantastic follow through
  • Capable of problem-solving and providing solutions to problems proactively
  • Demonstrate interest in Technology, Internet, Entertainment and/or Advertising

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and various benefits including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
