Full-time positions starting Spring/Summer 2027Duties and Responsibilities The duties and responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- Develop broad supply chain expertise by learning industry fundamentals (modes, capacity, pricing, service, and customer operations) through structured training, mentorship, and real-time problem solving.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with a portfolio of customers by understanding what matters to their business and helping solve real supply chain challenges that affect their daily operations.
- Own shipment execution end to end, from planning through delivery, using digital and AI enabled insights to anticipate risk, inform decisions, and deliver reliable outcomes for customers.
- Leverage data analytics and technology to identify trends, uncover root causes, and turn insights into improvements in service, cost, and reliability.
- Participate in customer business reviews and planning sessions, working with experienced Account Managers, gradually taking on ownership identifying opportunities such as new lanes, service expansions, and value-added solutions.
- Collaborate with sales, pricing, operations, and capacity teams and rotate through key functional areas, building a strong internal network and a deep understanding of how decisions are made across the business.
- Embrace an ownership mindset in your work; proactively engage in improving processes, removing operational friction, and implementing best practices.
- Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress, with graduation expected by summer 2027
- Experience using customer perspective to guide decisions and actions

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
- Enjoy solutions-driven work by leveraging appropriate tools to evaluate and make recommendations

- Proven leadership or team involvement in internships, projects, or student organizations demonstrating teamwork, influence, and problem-solving

Compensation Range$24.28 - $54.99
