Position Title: Account Manager

Location: Manassas, Virginia (VA)

Travel: Virginia State

Summary:

Oversees end to end security operations for assigned client accounts, ensuring high-quality service delivery, proactive issue resolution, and continuous improvement. As an Account Manager, you will drive account growth through service enhancements and new business development while maintaining operational efficiency. In this role, you will be responsible for developing post orders, workforce planning, scheduling, team supervision, and delivering training to ensure compliance and performance excellence.

Position Qualifications:
  • Serves key point of client contact to ensure high quality customer service.
  • Assist with onboarding and directly develops high caliber staff.
  • Willing to fill in at lower levels when necessary while managing high-level responsibilities.
  • Successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines.
  • Organized, self-disciplined, technologically savvy, compliant, and communicates timely and effectively at all levels.

Education/Experience:
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Associate Degree.
  • 3 years of responsible experience in the security industry and/or business management.
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
  • Additional relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education.
