JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develops strategic customer relationships that deliver revenue growth, gross profit expansion, and retention outcomes.

  • Sets account plans that translate customer needs into prioritized growth initiatives and engagement roadmaps.

  • Delivers targeted programs and solutions that expand adoption, deepen customer value, and reduce churn risk.

  • Identifies and advances new business opportunities by shaping proposals and moving deals toward closure.

  • Provides proactive customer communications and follow-through that sustain alignment, confidence, and continuity of service.

  • Resolves complex but familiar customer issues by coordinating stakeholders, driving decisions, and confirming closure.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B account management, proposal development, renewals, deal negotiation, or a related field required.

  • Certification in customer success, account management, client relationship management or equivalent preferred.

*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/NewYork/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
