You will be a key day-to-day agency representative, identifying client needs, selling agency services and talents to meet those needs, and ensuring a highly responsive service orientation in all transactions. This role requires you to be knowledgeable in both the client's business and the agency's business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide detailed notes and briefs on client meetings and discovery to inform the creation of client work (digital, web, graphic design, or strategy).
  • Develop accurate price estimates and quotes, ensuring solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Conduct quality checks on all material before client presentation and gather client feedback.
  • Assist in managing campaign measurement, establishing realistic business goals, and providing accountability through reporting and analytics.
  • Stay apprised of clients' brands/products/services/marketing developments and key industry/local trends.
  • Develop scopes of work detailing tactical descriptions and complete billing reports and invoicing for assigned accounts.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
  • A business or marketing degree combined with successful agency experience in more junior, supervised account group capacities. In lieu of a formal degree, more than five years of acceptable experience in a marketing position is desired.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, an aptitude for analytical thinking, and strong presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail, capable of working well under tight deadlines.
  • Proven strong creative, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
  • Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
  • Flexible, persuasive, encouraging, and motivating, with the ability to adjust to shifting priorities and demands.
  • Willingness to contribute to a positive agency culture and embrace Company Core Values.
  • Occasional overtime and travel are required, and may involve some odd hours.
