Do you understand key strategies for promotions, pricing, shelving and product SKU assortment? Are you passionate about analyzing CPG sales data and can translate insight and vision into a business plan? Have you had some experience managing accounts in the CPG industry?

Reporting to the Director of Sales for Western Canada, the Account Manager will support accounts in the Vancouver area.

Key activities

  • Deliver against business plan targets.
  • Collaborate to develop joint business plans reflecting brand/category objectives.
  • Execute new product listings, distribution, pricing/promotions, marketing investment, deduction management.
  • Manage forecasting and trade spend.
  • Prepare deal and costing sheets.
  • Increase sales through data-based selling.

Required training and experience

  • 2-5 years' experience in a similar position.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing and/or Finance.
  • Experience with databases like Nielsen or account specific POS Data tools (an asset).
