Full Job Description
This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.

What you will be doing:
  • Support client relationships from campaign kickoff through wrap-up, helping ensure campaigns launch smoothly and deliver strong performance.
  • Monitor and track live campaign performance using internal tools, flagging trends, surfacing insights, and helping optimize for success.
  • Assist in preparing performance updates, client reports, and post-campaign recaps that highlight key outcomes and learnings.
  • Partner closely with a Client Partner to support revenue growth efforts through thoughtful coordination, insight sharing, and client engagement.
  • Help identify potential upsell or renewal opportunities by analyzing performance data and surfacing trends to the broader team.
  • Contribute to client presentations and recap documents that demonstrate campaign value and impact.
  • Build trusted relationships with brand contacts by being responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, creative, analytics) to ensure client deliverables are met on time and aligned to goals.
  • Support client onboarding and training processes to ensure a smooth setup experience and strong foundation for partnership success.
  • Help resolve day-to-day campaign issues by collaborating with cross-functional teams and communicating updates clearly to clients.
  • Participate in identifying new opportunities for growth within existing accounts and assist in preparing materials to support expansion efforts.
  • Travel up to 20% to support client relationship development, sales meetings, and industry events.

What we are looking for:
  • 1+ years of experience managing campaigns
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Technical Skills: G Suite, Excel, Looker or similar data aggregation system preferred
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal (Candidates do a presentation as part of the hiring process)
  • Ability to capitalize on past marketing/project management experience to work with clients and internal partners to facilitate campaigns


Additional Details:
  • This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, and 401k match. Denver office perks include paid parking, snacks, and occasional meals.
  • Total compensation range: $70,000 - $95,000. Equity is granted in addition to the overall compensation package. This range is inclusive of a base range and a variable bonus. Talk to your recruiter to learn more. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.
