Key Qualifications:• Solid industrial electrical experience, JW license a plus
• Seasoned ability to network and create long lasting relationships with new clients, existing clients and vendors.
• Experience preparing and presenting project turnovers.
• Conceptual design and estimating experience.
• Engineering and design experience, including electrical layout and final design.
• Strong aptitude for facilitating technical discussions with clients to ensure proper engineering data.
• A professional and engaging personality to represent Piper Electric at professional organizations and events.
• A talent for detail and analysis to track material, labor, subcontractors, and rental costs to identify trends and an eye for process improvement.
• Electrical design skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and proficiency with technology such as MS Office, Accubid or equivalent.
• Demonstrable negotiation skills.
• Knowledge and understanding of National Electric Code.
* Minimum 3 years in electrical construction, estimating, design/build and sales/marketing.
* Minimum 2 years electrical construction sales experience
