Job DescriptionThe West Coast Account Executive is responsible for developing new prospects & interacting with existing customers to increase sales for the Healthcare North America product line. This position is a field sales position that requires interfacing with customer contacts at multiple levels of the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for delivering the GROWTH Plan: Sales & EBITDA of the Healthcare North America business.
2. Develop & implement business plan which supports budget achievement and business segment strategy.
3. Build relationships with Top Tier customers and potential customers, understanding their business & needs and utilizing that information to assist in developing Amcor's strategies for improved profitability and growth.
4. Anticipate market trends and customer needs, positioning Amcor to have the competitive advantage.
5. Work within a cross-functional team, including but not limited to Business
Development, Product Line Management, Customer Service, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and Human Resources functional leaders to meet the Healthcare segment business targets.
6. Uses & gathers market and competition data to identify opportunities for
increased market share.
7. Suggests and initiates product developments based on customer needs & market surveys. Provides information and support to Research & Development for product innovation and development.
8. Develop, maintain and execute key account strategy plans to drive growth and innovation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Minimum of Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education & experience
2. 7+ years outside sales experience within Healthcare or related market
3. West coast-based location preferred (remote work position)
4. Self-started that is results oriented and works with minimal supervision
5. Excellent communication & presentation skills; ability to work cross-functionally to drive business solutions
6. Ability to travel up to 60%
7. Well-developed negotiation and contract management skills
8. Proficient computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office applications
9. Innovative with strong project management & organizational skills
10. Ability to quickly & proficiently learn new products and technologies
The starting salary for this position is expected to be between $115,000 to $130,000; however, base pay offered may vary within the full salary range $112,000 to $140,000 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on national averages and a geographic differential may be applied based on work location. Position may also be eligible for Amcor's Management Incentive Plan / Sales Incentive Plan, which is an annual bonus program based on business and individual performance, as well as medical coverage and other health and welfare benefits.

CompensationThe starting salary for this position is expected to be between $85,600 to $107,000; however, base pay offered may vary within the full salary range $85,600 to $128,400 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on national averages and a geographic differential may be applied based on work location. Position may also be eligible for Amcor's Management Incentive Plan / Sales Incentive Plan, which is an annual bonus program based on business and individual performance, as well as medical coverage and other health and welfare benefits.The salary range provided reflects the anticipated base pay for this role at the time of this posting. This range is applicable to positions performed in jurisdictions with pay transparency requirements, including CA, CO, CT, HI, IL, MD, MA, MN, NV, NJ, NY, RI, VT, WA, Washington DC, as well as remote roles that may be performed in these locations. Compensation for roles performed outside of these jurisdictions may vary. The Company reserves the right to modify this range at any time.
