Primary ResponsibilitiesAs a member of the Retail Account Team, you will play a key role in supporting customer growth, executing strategic initiatives, and helping deliver best-in-class service to our retail partners.
What You'll Do- Support the Retail Account Team across a variety of sales, planning, and customer initiatives.
- Build and strengthen relationships with customers, internal partners, and stakeholders.
- Represent Franz professionally in all customer, consumer, and company interactions.
- Collaborate with sales teams across the organization to communicate and execute growth strategies.
- Assist in the achievement of sales objectives and key business goals.
- Support the successful execution of new product launches and innovation initiatives.
- Prepare reports, manage calendars, coordinate events, and participate in business reviews and sales meetings.
- Partner with Sales and Operations teams to deliver exceptional product quality and customer service.
- Help identify opportunities for business growth and operational improvement.
- Provide outstanding customer support through responsiveness, accountability, and follow-through.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
What We're Looking ForWe're seeking a driven, curious, and results-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys solving challenges.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of DSD, consumer packaged goods (CPG), food industry, or related sales experience preferred.
- Understanding of retail sales, distribution, customer management, and DSD operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound business decisions.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Adaptable and open to change, with a continuous learning mindset.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to execute effectively under deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
- Willingness to travel approximately 30% to 40% within the United States.
