The OpportunityAs an Account Executive, you will own the full closing motion on qualified deal flow generated by the SDR team and distributed via round robin. You will start by closing SMB and mid-market deals, with the path to take on larger and eventually enterprise opportunities as the company scales. Deals involve multiple stakeholders, cycles averaging around 90 days, and sizes starting around $50K ACV into six figures.
Responsibilities- Own the full sales cycle from qualified meeting to close
- Manage and close inbound deal flow distributed across the AE team
- Sell a complex product into sophisticated, multi-stakeholder buyers
- Multi-thread across accounts and keep prospects engaged through 90-day cycles
- Handle SMB and mid-market deals initially, growing into enterprise
- Consistently hit and exceed quota
Requirements- At least 2 years of closing experience as an Account Executive, ideally more
- Consistent track record of crushing quota (President's Club or equivalent a strong plus)
- Experience selling complex products with long sales cycles
- Strong multi-threading and pipeline management skills
- Degree from a strong school, with exceptions for exceptional candidates
- Bonus: fintech or identity verification experience, rip-and-replace sales, or $50K+ ACV deals
