Work Model: Hybrid (3-5 days/week in office)

Industry: AI / Data Intelligence (B2B SaaS)

Compensation: $90K base, ~$200K OTE (uncapped commission with accelerators) plus equity
The Opportunity

This is an early Account Executive role and a top priority for the company. You will run full-cycle deals, close new business, and help unblock the founders so they can step back from being on calls all day. Compensation is designed to reward performance, with a base plus uncapped variable, a quota-attainment bonus, and accelerators on self-sourced deals, putting real total earnings well above $200K for strong performers.

Because the company moves fast and changes daily, you will do best if you are adaptable, eager to roll with the punches, and motivated by an environment where top performers can out-earn leadership.
Responsibilities
