About the Role

We are hiring an Account Executive to drive growth and expand Sway's partnerships with brands and retailers. In this role, you'll own the full sales cycle-from prospecting and relationship building to negotiation and closing high-value deals-while working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that drive customer success.

You will play a critical role in building Sway's sales foundation, developing strategic relationships, and helping shape the company's growth trajectory. This role is ideal for a highly motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoys building meaningful partnerships with complex organizations.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution development, presentations, negotiations, and contract execution
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through strategic outreach, relationship building, and account development
  • Identify and engage with brands, retailers, and multi-location businesses to drive new revenue opportunities
  • Develop account strategies to expand Sway's presence within key markets and strategic customers
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Partner with clients to understand business needs, operational challenges, and goals to deliver tailored solutions
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and serve as a strategic partner throughout the customer journey
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Product, and Technology teams to ensure successful client onboarding and ongoing customer success
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and market opportunities to inform sales strategy and positioning
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting through CRM systems

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a track record of success selling complex solutions
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand customer challenges and translate them into solutions
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
  • Results-oriented mindset with a history of achieving or exceeding sales targets

Nice to Have:

  • Experience selling final-mile logistics, e-commerce, SaaS, technology, or operational solutions
