The ideal candidate is commercially strong, technically fluent, and comfortable working across multiple internal entities and client stakeholders. This role requires someone who can identify opportunity, coordinate internal teams, support complex pursuits, and help move client needs into actionable scopes of work.

This is not a transactional sales role. It requires a relationship-driven professional who can engage with technical and commercial stakeholders, understand client needs, and help expand business across current and emerging accounts.

  • Develop a strong understanding of client needs, business drivers, and upcoming project opportunities.
  • Support account planning and relationship mapping for strategic clients.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to strengthen engagement and uncover new opportunities.

Cross-Ecosystem Coordination

  • Partner with DLB, Fluid2Chip, 2AI-DC, Galtra, ai2io, QC Servion, and other ecosystem entities to align client needs with available services.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure opportunities are appropriately scoped, staffed, and advanced.
  • Help clients understand how the ecosystem's combined capabilities solve broader business and technical challenges.
  • Support handoff of won work to program, PMO, or delivery teams.

Business Development & Pipeline Support

  • Build and maintain accurate pipeline information for assigned accounts.
  • Support new opportunity identification, qualification, and pursuit development.
  • Assist with proposal coordination, client presentations, and follow-up materials.
  • Partner with leadership on pricing strategy, opportunity prioritization, and commercial positioning.

Technical & Commercial Engagement

  • Communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Understand and discuss topics related to data centers, MEP systems, engineering services, power generation, cooling infrastructure, commissioning, or technical products.
  • Translate client needs into internal discussions with technical teams.
  • Maintain follow-through on client requests, internal action items, and opportunity next steps.

Strategic Partner Collaboration

  • Support joint go-to-market activities with Accenture and other strategic partners as needed.
  • Participate in account mapping, pipeline reviews, and coordinated pursuit discussions.
  • Help identify opportunities where partnership relationships can expand client reach or service offerings.

What Success Looks Like

  • Assigned accounts are actively managed and expanded.
