We're looking for an Account Executive to take ownership of our NY Metro / NJ / PHL territory and treat it like a franchise - build it, own it, grow it. At Seemplicity, we sell to security teams solving real, complex problems, so you need to be sharp enough to hold a technical conversation, competitive enough to win on merit, and self-motivated enough to contribute to your own pipeline. The sales cycle runs from discovery to close, and beyond. We are a customer-first company, and the relationships you build continue through renewal and expansion. Responsibilities

  • Owning and operating a Seemplicity Franchise: You will be solely responsible for end users, reselling partners and technology partners across a multi-state region.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans
  • Create, grow and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
  • Acquiring net new logos for Seemplicity.
  • Drive net revenue retention by owning renewal oversight and identifying expansion opportunities within your install base - turning closed accounts into long-term, growing partnerships.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of proven successful Enterprise selling experience.
  • Cyber Security Background: experience selling cyber security solutions, any direct experience selling Security Scanning solutions is a plus.
  • Startup Experience: You have worked for security startups previously and have a proven track record of sales success.
  • Pipeline Development: You have strong & demonstrable prospecting skills, you are able to generate your own new starts.
  • Existing Network: You have an existing network of Security Professionals - CISO, VP & Director levels that you can share your new story with.
  • Sales Methodology: Commanding understanding of a sales methodology like: Command of the Message, Challenger Selling, Solution Selling, MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, etc.
  • Process & Details: You live for the process of selling and are detail oriented to a point where you actually enjoy recording the day's efforts in SFDC.
  • Ability to travel 30-50% as needed.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary Range: $130,000 - $170,000. The base salary range represents the good faith estimate for this position at the time of posting for applicants residing in NY, NJ, or PA. Final compensation will be determined based on various factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
  • Variable Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our performance-based sales commission plan (On-Target Earnings - OTE structure will be discussed during the interview process).
