Position SummaryWe9re seeking a driven, consultative sales professional to join our National Accounts team as an Account Executive. In this role, you9ll partner with an Inside Sales team to grow and develop strategic customer relationships while delivering innovative solutions that help organizations reduce risk, improve compliance, and achieve their business goals. You9ll represent a diverse portfolio of cloud-based technologies, training programs, consulting services, and outsourced service offerings to senior-level decision makers across a variety of industries.
This remote position will support customers throughout the West region (Washington, Oregon, Northern California, Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, and Utah). Candidates must reside within the territory and be willing to travel 50% of the time to strengthen customer relationships and uncover new growth opportunities.

What You9ll DoAs an Account Executive, you9ll be responsible for growing and developing a portfolio of national accounts through strategic relationship management and solution-based selling.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute account growth strategies for assigned customers.
- Partner closely with Inside Sales Representatives to identify opportunities and expand customer relationships.
- Consult with decision-makers to understand business challenges and recommend tailored solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, terms, and supply agreements to create mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification through implementation and customer adoption.
- Identify and engage new stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers within existing customer organizations.
- Coordinate customer meetings, presentations, and onsite visits to strengthen partnerships.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by helping clients navigate evolving safety and compliance requirements.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by proactively resolving issues ensuring customer success.
- Maintain accurate sales activity, customer information, and expense reporting.

We9re Looking For:Experience
- Field sales experience in a consultative selling environment
- Experience selling services, software, subscriptions, or other solution-based offerings.
- Knowledge of the Transportation, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), or regulatory compliance industries preferred.
Education
- Bachelor9s degree in business or related field preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and additional field sales experience will be considered.

- Ability to communicate complex regulatory or industry concepts in a clear, customer-focused manner.
- Proven negotiation and account management skills.
- Strong presentation and executive communication capabilities.

- Ability to travel approximately 50%.

Physical RequirementsWork is performed primarily in a standard office environment. Work involves operation of personal computer equipment for extended periods of time. Frequent airplane or car travel required for this position.
J. J. Keller provides a competitive benefit package which includes the following (eligibility requirements apply): Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 401(k) and Profit Sharing Plan, etc. The compensation range for this role is $175,000.00 to $185,000.00 which varies depending on factors including, but not limited to, a candidate9s overall experience and geographic location. Note that J. J. Keller is not currently recruiting employees to work in California.
