What You'll Be Doing: Guide Clients and Drive GrowthYou will own the sales cycle, turning interested leads into satisfied clients who can access the legal help they need.

RequirementsWhat You'll Bring to FlareWe're looking for an entrepreneurial-minded, results-driven salesperson with a client-first mindset and a genuine drive to succeed.
- 1-3 years of proven success in a sales or client-facing role (B2C or high-touch sales experience is ideal).
- Exceptional communication skills-you can simplify complex ideas and build instant trust.
- A relentless drive to meet and exceed sales targets with an uncapped earning motivation.
- Proficiency in working with Salesforce or a similar CRM to manage and forecast a pipeline.
- A bonus, but not a requirement: Experience or passion for the legal, family law, or immigration fields.
