What You'll Be Doing: Guide Clients and Drive Growth

You will own the sales cycle, turning interested leads into satisfied clients who can access the legal help they need.

  • Own the Pipeline: Master pipeline management and proactively engage warm leads, guiding them with clarity and care toward experienced legal professionals.

  • 1-3 years of proven success in a sales or client-facing role (B2C or high-touch sales experience is ideal).

  • A relentless drive to meet and exceed sales targets with an uncapped earning motivation.
  • Proficiency in working with Salesforce or a similar CRM to manage and forecast a pipeline.
  • A bonus, but not a requirement: Experience or passion for the legal, family law, or immigration fields.
