What We Need:

We’re seeking a dynamic professional to join our National Sales, Marketing & Partnerships Division, representing some of the most powerful on‑air, digital, and live event platforms in the industry. As a National Account Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of building lasting client relationships, driving innovative media solutions, and fueling revenue growth across key markets. This role offers the opportunity to blend strategic thinking with hands‑on execution—crafting integrated campaigns, negotiating impactful partnerships, and positioning our brand for continued success. What You'll Do:

Serve as an Account Executive for iHeartMedia National Sales, Marketing & Partnerships Division; representing on-air and digital assets, along with live events, to the advertising agencies spot media departments and/or media buying services, as well as direct advertisers.

Build and maintain close relationships with all key agencies and direct clients.

Utilize and position qualitative data, market data and competitive information to grow market share and revenue.

Successfully negotiate business on behalf of IHM stations, know the competition and maintain control of negotiations.

Develop integrated media programs utilizing on-air, digital/mobile and on-site assets.

Research and develop new revenue for IHM stations.

Effectively communicate all components of sales to internal management.

Analyze potential problems and recommend solutions to management team.

                                                                             

What You'll Need:

Must have 3-5+ years media/broadcast sales experience; national and digital and radio experience preferred.

Experience working with advertising agencies and large, Fortune 500 accounts

Compensation:

Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data. In addition to salary, this position is also eligible for commissions.
