Job DescriptionThe
Account Executive is responsible for revenue growththrough new business acquisitions within an assigned territoryand ensuring all key metrics are delivered.Therole is predominantly an outbound focused role where the
AE will be primarily responsible for lead generationand opportunity creation.The
AE is acustomer facing position requiring executive-level sellingskills. The
AE will work closely with Management,Operations and Customer Success departments to proactivelyexecute a territory plan - including all inbound andoutbound selling efforts, develop an maintaining executiverelationships.The
AE will engage with accountsvia telephone, email, face to face, and otheronline mediums. The
AE will provide direction andrecommendations to extended territory team and leadershipto increase efficiencies, structure, and strategy of theregion, ensuring individual and team success.
Requirements- Understandcomplex sales cycles and be able to work opportunities thatinclude multiple decision makers and influencers
- Abilityto proactively prospect into new accounts and understandprospecting methodologies
- Strongorganization skills to work dozens of opportunities simultaneously
- Abilityto use consultative, solution selling, and businessdevelopment skills and customize delivery at the C level tobecome a trusted consultant
- Abilityto gain in-depth knowledge of clients' business needs,organizational structure, business processes andfinancial structure
- Developscomprehensive business use case approach in crafting client proposals
- Provencommunication skills both written and verbal
