Job Title: Account Executive

Summary of Position:As an Account Executive at Ethermed, you will own revenue growth across both new and existing provider and payer accounts. You'll manage the full sales lifecycle - from discovery through close - while also driving expansion, renewals, and long-term customer value. This role is highly cross-functional and requires strong executive presence, disciplined deal execution, and a consultative approach to selling into complex healthcare environments.

Responsibilities- Own a portfolio of provider and payer accounts from early-stage pipeline through closed-won and renewal.
- Close new logos while expanding existing accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and volume growth.
- Lead discovery and value-based sales conversations with executive and operational healthcare leaders.
- Translate customer pain points into clear, KPI-driven commercial proposals and Order Forms.
- Serve as the primary commercial point of contact, managing expectations and escalating issues as needed.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Sales Development, Deployment, Customer Success, and Product to ensure smooth go-lives and measurable outcomes.
- With Customer Success, monitor account health, usage, and ROI to support renewals and expansion opportunities.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene.
- Represent Ethermed professionally at conferences and industry events as needed.
Table Stakes- 3-7 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or enterprise sales.
- Proven ability to manage complex deals with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong executive presence and consultative selling skills.
- Experience selling into healthcare systems, payers, or regulated environments (strongly preferred).
- Highly organized with disciplined pipeline management and forecasting skills.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability startup environment.
Bonus Points- Experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and/or Utilization Management (UM).
- Prior Authorization domain experience.
- Experience attending and selling at healthcare conferences.
- Familiarity working cross-functionally in early-stage or Series A startups.
Compensation & CommissionOn-Target Earnings (OTE): $300,000-360,000
• Base Salary: $150,000-180,000
• On-Target Commission: $150,000-180,000
• Earnings: Uncapped
