Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join our team specializing in commercial flooring solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client accounts, and developing new business opportunities within a designated territory. This role requires a motivated individual with a strong background in territory sales and account management, along with a passion for the commercial flooring industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the commercial flooring sector.
- Manage existing client accounts while seeking opportunities to expand business relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated territory.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients, showcasing the benefits of our flooring solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management.
Qualifications- Proven experience in territory sales and account management, preferably in the commercial flooring industry.
- Strong understanding of commercial flooring products and applications.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Benefits- Base Salary: $70K-$110K
