  • Lead and coordinate responses to complex client needs, including billing concerns, system or data-connection issues, communication/content updates, service questions, and event-driven needs such as catastrophe response.
  • Develop recommendations based on program performance through financial analysis, report any challenges, and provide solutions and alternative recommendations to Client and/or Assurant.
  • Advocate and manage change requirements for clients as specified by Assurant and the various supporting functional teams to comply with all business guidelines, state compliance, and governed statutes.
  • Build strong internal and external networks to remove barriers and deliver timely, thoughtful solutions for clients.
  • Participate in annual business reviews, quarterly business reviews, client meetings, and team meetings.
  • Support relevant pieces of contracting or other client initiatives when needed, while maintaining primary focus on client relationship leadership.
  • Monitor overall Operational service level agreements (SLAs) and work with operation teams to maintain contractual SLA performance.

Required Experience & Skills:
  • 3+ years of executive or strategic level support or account management to high-value clients.
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills to manage multiple client needs and competing priorities.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills to establish rapport and guide client conversations.
