This is a high-energy job that requires persistent interaction with clients, proven sales skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
What You'll Do- Meet or exceed revenue goals on a quarterly/annual basis
- Maintain a strong knowledge of Complex's advertising products and solutions
- Prospect and close new account business and build existing account relationships
- Work across all departments to ensure that programs are executed in full
- Create and deliver weekly sales reports to management
Who You Are- 5+ years direct Online Video (FAST/CTV) advertising sales experience
- 5+ years of digital media experience
- Strong relationships with New York based media agencies and client-side teams
- Experience using data backed insights to deliver client marketing objectives
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
- Strong track record of success driving revenue through discovering, prospecting, creating new business and growing and retaining existing business
- Well-organized, with strict attention to detail and proactive approach to problem solving
- Ability to thrive in an energetic, fast-paced, high growth, entrepreneurial environment
- Willingness to travel as necessary

$250,000 - $320,000 a year
