Full Job Description
The role:

We are looking for an Account Director to lead and manage client relationships and drive the strategic direction of campaigns from brief to delivery, within our AI-powered content studio for a large automotive client. You will have a proven track record of building strong client partnerships and delivering successful campaigns that meet and exceed business objectives.

You'll be responsible for understanding the client's business, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring the agency delivers exceptional service and results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading client relationships and serving as the primary point of contact for strategic guidance and campaign performance.
  • Developing a deep understanding of the client's business, industry, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with client objectives.
  • Communicating campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to clients on a regular basis.
  • Identifying opportunities for growth and expansion within the client's business.
  • Managing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Leveraging proprietary WPP AI tools to enhance campaign strategy, targeting, and optimization.

Key Skills:
  • Knowledge of how AI can be utilized to enhance campaign strategy, targeting, production and optimization.
  • Extensive experience in account management and strategic planning for digital/social/content campaigns in a real-time, agile marketing environment.
  • Strong production experience inclusive of CGI (AI a plus!)
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.


The pay range for this role is $135,000-$145,000. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local cost of labor. Salary is subject to change based on factors such as geographic location and cost of living in location of hire.
