We are seeking two full-time (1.0 FTE) Accommodations Specialists. One opening is a regular status position, while the second is a limited-term role (with benefits) expected to conclude in September 2027.
As an Accommodations Specialist within People Operations, you will facilitate the end-to-end accommodation process for our diverse workforce. This role is responsible for executing the ADA interactive process, from initial intake and medical documentation review to determining eligibility and implementing reasonable solutions. You will maintain meticulous, confidential records across multiple HR systems and serve as a subject matter expert for both employees and leadership, ensuring our accommodation program remains compliant, efficient, and supportive of a culture of care.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business, human resource, or related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of three (3) years experience in workplace accommodations or related experience.
Demonstrate knowledge of, and applying local, state, and federal laws related to the interactive process and accommodations in an employer setting.
Required Credentials

Preferred
Progressively responsible work experience in reasonable accommodations; knowledge of the intersection between ADA and FMLA.
Advance knowledge of leave administration, FMLA, PFML, or other state or federal leave programs.
Accommodations experience in a hospital and/or union-based environment.
Compensation Range
$73,378.00 - $110,066.00 per year
Salary Information
This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
