  • Run quarterly 1:few multi-channel programs targeting key buyer personas across priority market segments
  • Leverage AI tools like Claude to scale personalized outreach efficiently without sacrificing quality
  • Partner closely with Account Executives on joint account selection to prioritize high-value targets effectively
  • Build outbound sequences in HubSpot, collaborating with Marketing Operations to route engaged contacts to BDRs quickly
  • Track account-level engagement in real time, alerting BDRs to funnel movement so outreach happens with optimal context
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Content, Product Marketing, and Digital teams to align messaging and channel strategy
  • Co-create targeted event strategies with Event Managers for tradeshows, Benevity's flagship conference, and custom gatherings
  • Monitor performance metrics, pipeline generation, and account penetration, presenting quarterly insights to sales leadership
  • A/B test messaging, channels, and sequence designs continuously to optimize campaign performance and conversion rates

  • Experience with or interest in leveraging growth technologies like Clay and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Analytical mindset with a track record of measuring account engagement, pipeline metrics, and campaign ROI
  • Collaborative communication skills with an ability to build strong alignment across sales and marketing teams
  • Adaptability, creative problem-solving skills, and curiosity to explore new automation tools and personalized strategies
  • Shared enthusiasm for inclusion, collaboration, and driving positive social impact through tech-enabled solutions
