Full Job Description
Salary range: An annual salary range of $85,000 - $90,000 is what we expect to pay for this position, based on overall skills and experience.

Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future, to be considered.

What You'll Do:

The ABL Analyst will support all aspects of the Bank's Asset-Based Lending platform, including operations, portfolio management, and underwriting. This role will provide analytical and operational support across the ABL portfolio and new business opportunities while assisting with the continued development of the Bank's ABL platform. The position will also provide support to broader Middle Market lending initiatives as needed, which may constitute a meaningful portion of time (up to approximately 50%) depending on portfolio demands.

ABL Operations Support
  • Review borrowing base certificates and supporting collateral reports.
  • Assist with availability calculations, funding requests, reconciliations, and collateral monitoring activities.
  • Maintain reporting ticklers, collateral records, loan documentation, and operational reporting.
  • Support cash management, dominion processing, and exception tracking activities.


Portfolio Management Support
  • Monitor collateral performance, covenant compliance, reporting requirements, and borrower performance.
  • Assist with drafting annual reviews, renewals, amendments, and portfolio reporting.
  • Review financial reporting and identify potential credit concerns.
  • Support ongoing client relationship and portfolio management activities.


Underwriting Support
  • Assist with underwriting new lending opportunities and existing portfolio requests.
  • Analyze financial statements, collateral trends, and borrowing base assets.
  • Prepare financial spreads, collateral analyses, and credit approval memoranda.
  • Support due diligence, closing, and transaction onboarding activities.


Team Support
  • Assist with implementation of ABL procedures, workflows, and technology solutions.
  • Support portfolio managers, underwriters, and operations personnel across the platform.
  • Provide analytical support to broader Middle Market lending teams as business needs require.


What Do You Need?
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required.
  • 2+ years of experience in commercial lending, ABL, portfolio management, underwriting, credit analysis, or related financial services experience.


Technology Skills:
  • Ability to work with the Microsoft Suite and learn/work with other Customers Bank's applications.
  • Familiarity with AI and automation tools that support productivity, workflow efficiency, and client engagement.
