Responsibilities

- Verify and validate electronic and electrical system requirements for complex aerospace products
- Develop and execute integrated hardware, software, and interface test plans
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues across the product lifecycle
- Support airplane installation design and certification for network and connectivity systems
- Engage directly with airline customers to gather requirements and understand operational use cases
- Define and configure laboratory test setups, participating in both lab and on-aircraft testing
- Write and automate detailed test procedures and scripts for system evaluation
- Evaluate connectivity system performance, focusing on IP links, wired, and wireless technologies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, services, and test teams to ensure end-to-end system integrity

Required Skills and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- 5+ years' experience in an electrical design engineering environment
- Proficiency in writing and executing comprehensive test plans
- Strong troubleshooting ability in complex aerospace systems

Preferred Skills

- Electrical systems hardware/software integration
- Computer networking and systems testing
- Telecommunications knowledge (cellular, SATCOM, Wi-Fi)
- Experience with requirements development, system integration, and verification
- Familiarity with FAA certification processes and airplane development programs
- Model-Based Development, Linux/UNIX environments, project management
