We are looking for an Enterprise - Program Test Manager to join our growing team in United States!

Role: Enterprise - Program Test Manager
Position OverviewRole Responsibilities- Provide dedicated overarching Program Test Management.
- Steer program QA plan and provide governance, test plan, templates, scheduling support and guidance.
- Own and manage QA raid log.
- 1st Point of escalation for all testing risks and issues.
- Initial Planning of engagement.
- Update initial version of the Test Approach as new information arises.
- Agree & confirm testing framework(s) and guidelines.
- Ensure that the QA teams (QAI, Client, SI) are working towards the successful completion of plans, on time, and in line with the obligations outlined in this Statement of Work.
- Reporting to the client assigned Project Manager to ensure clear stakeholder management across the program.
- Day-to-day status meetings, progress tracking, and the management of issues and risks will be managed and communicated with Amer Sports in a mutually agreed upon process.
- Preparation of Engagement Summary Report & Handover meeting & required documentation.
Top 3 Must-Haves- Strong SAP Test Management (3 years + implementation as Lead).
- SAP / S4 HANA exp.
- QWA governance monitoring & reporting (entry/exit criteria management and RAID log ownership).
Preferred- Retail end-to-end domain experience.
