Morrison Foerster ("MoFo") is seeking talented, ambitious 3L law students who value collaboration, teamwork, and commitment to excellence to join our 2027 First-Year Associate class in the Transactions Department of our San Francisco office.
Who You Are- A third-year law student in good standing, enrolled in a full-time J.D. program at an ABA-accredited law school.
- Authorization to work in the United States (U.S. citizenship or valid work authorization required).
- Demonstrated record of academic achievement, with strong writing and interpersonal skills, proven leadership, and active community involvement.
- Geographical ties to the Bay Area.
- Experience or a strong interest in working in our transactions practice areas.
CompensationFirst-year associate salaries are $225,000 annually for the class of 2026. This may be modified in the future. Health and wellness benefits and paid holidays may also be included.
