As an analyst in the Client Solutions Group, you will apply your analytical mindset and strategic thinking to support strategic initiatives for Macquarie Asset Management's Wealth business. Through a structured rotational program across Sales Enablement, Product, and Marketing, you'll gain broad exposure to every facet of our Wealth channel, helping deliver private market funds to clients.
What does our program offer? As a graduate with Macquarie Asset Management, you will:
- Take part in an orientation to learn about Macquarie business groups, with your fellow analysts in New York and expand your professional network.
- Receive formal training, including financial modelling and presentation skills, but at its core the program provides practical on-the-job learning to further your career.

- Build strong connections and work collaboratively while also partnering directly with our business leaders on meaningful and challenging work.
- Receive support from your manager and an aligned mentor as you gain genuine insight into our industry.
Estimated salary amount is the equivalent of $90,000 - $110,000 annually.. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.

- You have a unique perspective. We want to hear it. This opportunity is for undergraduate students expecting to graduate between December 2026 - June 2027.
- You have a strong attention to detail with experience and comfort in Excel.
- You have an interest in financial services and bring a proactive, resourceful, and positive attitude as well as a strong work ethic.
- You like to collaborate with others and are comfortable building strong working relationships.
- You are a critical thinker with strong numerical skills and can articulate your thoughts and ideas clearly.
