Senior Analyst Enterprise Performance

Type of employment:  Permanent, Full Time (40 hours)

THE ROLE

As Senior Analyst Enterprise Performance, you will provide critical financial analysis and reporting support for enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, and performance management processes. You will assist in consolidating data, preparing variance analysis, and supporting the development of executive performance narratives.

Reporting directly to the Senior Manager Enterprise Performance FP&A, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of enterprise performance information.

  • Support end-to-end FP&A processes including planning, forecasting, and performance management for enterprise functions.
  • Assist in consolidating financial data and performing variance analysis across regions and functions.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and executive summaries to support leadership decision-making.
  • Collaborate with FP&A, Data & Analytics (D&A), and Strategy teams to ensure alignment of assumptions and data integrity.
  • Support scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and business case development as needed.
  • Help maintain enterprise planning standards, governance, and submission protocols.
  • Participate in the preparation of enterprise performance packs, highlighting risks, opportunities, and trade-offs.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning and reporting processes​

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles, preferably within enterprise or corporate finance environments.
  • Experience supporting integrated planning, forecasting, and performance management processes is preferred.

Knowledge and skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and reporting tools.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and multi-regional teams.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.​
  • Proactive and eager to learn and develop finance skills.​
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.


Language skills:

  • Bilingualism required (Advanced French and English) both spoken and written, as the person will be required to work and communicate regularly in English while performing the tasks outlined above. Specifically, the role requires collaboration with global teams.
