What You'll Experience

Early Exposure to High-Impact Work: Analysts support real client engagements from the start - helping to structure and execute derivative trades, model complex financing structures, or analyze client exposures across interest rates, FX, and commodities. Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.

• Working towards a BA/BS in a relevant field (i.e.- finance, economics, math, engineering, computer science).

• GPA of 3.5 or above is strongly preferred.

• Previous relevant internship experience is a plus.

• Ability to start full-time employment on July 12, 2027.

• Willingness to work onsite in assigned office.

Travel Requirements

Occasional travel may be required to client offices or Chatham locations for projects or training.

For Colorado based candidates, the compensation range for the position is expected to be between $80,000 and $90,000 annually. Total compensation, including base pay, discretionary individual bonus and company bonus, may be higher than range listed, depending on applicant's skills, qualifications, and experience.
