10869 - Sr. Technical Solutions Architect
Location: Irvine, CA 92614 (5 days on-site)

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a leading Professional & Managed Services Provider providing IT solutions to our affiliate brands, we are in search of a season Technical Solutions Architect to provide proactive sales engagement focusing on supporting the delivery of technical and services engagements within the Hyundai family of companies. You will possess a proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive-level stakeholders and clients in order to:
  • Act as the technical lead during the pre-sales process, you will engage with clients to understand business challenges, translate customer business requirements into high-level technical designs and propose tailored IT solutions.
  • You will leverage your own and collaborate with other internal stakeholders expertise in our service portfolio to design scalable, secure, and cost-effective architectures across cloud, infrastructure, and enterprise applications.
  • Previous experience in a technical role within a sales organization, supporting solutions development, customer engagement, and/or pre-sales efforts by leading technical discovery sessions, solution workshops, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
  • Partner with sales and delivery teams to develop proposals, including scope, pricing, and timelines.
  • Translate business requirements into high-level solution designs, including architecture diagrams, integration strategies, and implementation of roadmaps that delivers against the customer's business needs, targets and KPIs.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in enterprise IT architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern application frameworks.
  • You will be expected to support campaigning into accounts in an effort to win future projects by sharing customer insights from previous successful project engagements to support future engagements with new customers.


WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (master's preferred).
  • 10+ years of IT development and implementation/consulting experience in the software or internet industries consulting on multiple technologies. This will include having a broad knowledge across vendors and product categories in various technology ecosystems in order to assess compatibility and recommend optimal solutions in line with desired business objectives.
  • 8+ years of proven experience designing and presenting enterprise IT solutions, including infrastructure/cloud, security/networking, application services, and AI. This will include core technology domains, such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, and data analytics.
  • 3 years in a pre-sales or client-facing technical role designing, implementing, or consulting on application and infrastructure solutions.
  • Previous knowledge of a structured sales process, including understanding of the competitive landscape and the ability to work collaboratively with sales, delivery teams, and Key Account Managers to support proposals and customer engagements.


WHAT WE WOULD ALSO LOVE TO SEE
  • Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or TOGAF.
  • Experience in the automotive or manufacturing IT domain.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, or other enterprise platforms.

Base Salary Range: $160,000-$190,000
