Design & implement comprehensive ServiceNow integrated solutions by understanding problems, goals and technical requirements; review and translate customer use cases into detailed technical requirements.
Develop product positioning, packaging, and messaging that differentiates your products in the market; communicate the value proposition of our products to the sales team and develop sales tools that support the ScienceLogic selling process (buyer personas, playbooks, battle cards, etc.).
Identify and call on senior executives to understand business requirements, decision-making process and financing/buying process; coordinate execution of proofs of concepts, partner enablement plans and proposed deliverables.
