This position requires a strong desire to develop existing relationships and utilize networking and prospecting skills to navigate through franchises as well as an assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have experience selling software solutions and a working knowledge of restaurant operations.
Oversee the maintenance and improvement of sales tools systems for field sales teams. Monitor the assigned sales organization's compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data. Work closely with sales management to optimize the effectiveness of technology investments.
Build and sustain consultative relationships with senior C-level executives across functional areas within a business. Identify multiple various budget owners, stakeholders, influencers and ultimate decision makers to successfully position HotSchedules within targeted accounts.
Develop client retention and growth strategies for all clients. This includes managing and facilitating onboarding of new clients, format reviews and annual business reviews to assist in RBS growth and stability.
