Managing full-cycle recruitment for salaried positions across all departments, primarily focusing on Engineering and Product; representing the Hireology culture and brand, fully portraying the value of the employment opportunity, and managing the overall candidate experience.
Responsible for developing the go to market sales and success management strategy for large franchisor and enterprise deals, as well as communicating strategic priorities and findings to leadership within the company.
Experience in one of the following industries: healthcare, health and wellness, fitness, education, or professional services; experience should include deep industry knowledge and existing relationships with potential customers, channel partners, and industry associations.
Lead and manage customer engagement and communication programs that drive retention renewals, referrals and upsell opportunities; further connect with customers to ensure continued education and success throughout the customer lifecycle.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting to senior management; ability to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization, and to create a vision and organization that can scale quickly.
Working with our awesome customers, you will develop case studies and customer success stories that drive sales and create advocates; develop positioning statements, messaging and drive all go-to-market/launch activities for new product releases and feature updates.
Participate in DevOps tasks, design reviews, writing stories, coding modules, code reviews, unit testing and automated acceptance testing; collaborate with experienced software developers in the design, development, maintenance of our application.
Strong financial and analytical acumen; experience in both a larger, best-practices company and, a smaller, more entrepreneurial company; demonstrated through leadership through engagement with the broader HR/CHRO community.
