The Galt House is a hotel and conference center located in downtown Louisville, Kentucky. The hotel was originally built in 1835 and has undergone several renovations and expansions over the years. The Galt House features over 1,300 guest rooms and suites, as well as over 130,000 square feet of meeting and event space. The hotel also has several restaurants and bars, a fitness center, and an outdoor pool. The Galt House is owned by Al J. Schneider Company, a family-owned real estate development and management company based in Louisville.
