Conduct fundamental credit analyses to identify attractive investment ideas and proactively communicate recommendations to portfolio manager; prepare investment memos to present to portfolio manager and investment committee.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through calling efforts, mail/email campaigns and referrals; manage prospects throughout the sales cycle, resulting in closed business.
Ensure proper staffing and coverage of the Sales inbound call line (Sales Queue) at all times, mediating and resolve escalated issues that derive from calls when necessary.
Manage scope, implementation, integration and augmentation of proprietary applications for all key business systems including strategic roadmaps and release schedules for key business systems.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, business partners and other software teams to develop new web applications, user interfaces, and features.
