Verify availability of new solution components, in establishing solution best practices and in resolving technical issues as they emerge.
Perform software upgrades on Fujitsu 9500 FLASHWAVE products using NS1500 GUI; support Fujitsu Tier 2 engineers with troubleshooting efforts.
Perform RCA on DSATs and follow up with respective stake holders to close loop open issues with customers; provide product training to level 1 Technical Support Technicians, bi-weekly, based on monthly assessments and from the case audits.
Perform KPI monitoring at a submarket level and monitor special events and implement RAN parameters to maximize capacity and user experience for such event.
Writing and performing unit tests; Carrying out system tests and participating in software validation and system integration.
Follow the SON Platform's operation in customer networks and analyze performance and operational status.
Provide the Primary interface into Infinera customers for all Services activities. Provide feedback/enhancements to Tier IV/PLM for inclusion in future product releases.
