The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) is an independent federal agency that provides probation, parole, and pretrial services to individuals under the jurisdiction of the District of Columbia's Superior Court. CSOSA was established in 1997 by the National Capital Revitalization and Self-Government Improvement Act of 1997.
