In a survey of more than 1,000 people, Mattress Advisor looked at how our personalities, based on Myers-Briggs determination tests, impact our bedtime routines and the findings were quite interesting, to say the least.

The Logistician
The very orderly and logical person in your office loves a good hard liquor drink before bed on most nights.
The Architect
This imaginative and strategic thinker-they always do well during brainstorm sessions-is all about perusing the internet before bed.

These bold and strong-willed leaders like to unwind with a little bit of TV time. Maybe Billions?

This personality type is great at managing people and before bed, they, not surprisingly, like to read and work.

This artist wants to constantly be exploring and they are all about taking medication before going to sleep.

A super caring and social person, they actually drink coffee before going to sleep.

These are the ones that love to have a little intellectual sparring in the office and they prefer to have a little romantic intimacy time with a partner before bed.
The Campaigner
This creative and free spirit doesn’t usually have a bedtime routine.
Clearly, people are doing some very different things before bed but what should be kept in mind that sleepy workers are estimated to cost employers $136 billion a year in health-related, lost productivity.
