Manages the development (planning, programming, and completion) of technical projects including leading systems analysts in that development, offering and leading strategies for new program initiatives, participates in and supervises the planning and programming of new projects, maintains systems already in production, provides a customer service role for clients and customers using production systems, attends department meetings related to project development and maintenance of production systems.

Proactively monitor and manage various IT platforms, networks, application systems and related services. Provide expertise in troubleshooting, modifying, and optimizing platforms, networks, and application systems, including coordination among internal and external customers, vendors, and agencies as needed.
