Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in product management.

  • Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
  • 2 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering product strategy presentations to executive leadership.
  • 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, UX/UXR, Partnerships, Marketing, and other stakeholders.
  • Experience in consumer advertising within sensitive verticals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop strategy, and roadmap and drive execution of opportunities to compensate high quality youth creators maintaining high standards of safety and responsibility.
  • Serve as a domain expert for youth monetization across YouTube, working to forge alignment between collaborators in Product, Engineering, User experience researchers (UXRs), Partnerships, Marketing, Government Affairs and Public Policy (GAPP) and Legal.
