Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional editing experience, ideally with a focus on YouTube.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and familiarity with Frame.io; After Effects knowledge is a plus.
• Strong understanding of YouTube pacing, retention strategies, and storytelling conventions.
• Experience editing diverse content types, including educational, brand, campaign, and product videos.
• Attention to detail and the ability to thrive in fast-paced production environments.
• Collaborative approach with a passion for translating complex topics into relatable narratives.

Responsibilities

• Edit high-performing, longform YouTube-first content for established channels.
• Shape compelling stories with strong hooks and creative refinement to optimize audience retention.
• Collaborate with various internal teams including marketing, producers, and strategists on longform video formats.
• Maintain organized and scalable workflows for efficient content delivery.
• Refine creative output using performance data and audience insights to enhance future projects.
