Description Campus Director, Chief Administrator | Leading a Team That Changes Young Lives Every Day Wellspring Lutheran Services - New Directions, Livonia | Full-Time, On-site | Salary $90,000 - $105,000 | Accepting applications until September 2, 2026. As Campus Director, you will lead with both heart and strategy, ensuring staff have the resources, guidance, and support they need to deliver exceptional care while maintaining a safe, therapeutic, and mission-driven environment. Most importantly, you will help create a place where healing happens, progress is celebrated, and young people are given the opportunity to discover what they are capable of becoming.
What Your Impact Will Look Like You will provide leadership for the overall operation of the New Directions campus, helping ensure programs remain focused on the needs of youth while meeting licensing, accreditation, and organizational standards.
You will coach, mentor, and support leaders across multiple programs, helping build strong teams that are equipped to provide consistent, compassionate, and high-quality services to residents and their families.
You will help guide the future of campus programming by evaluating outcomes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing strategies that strengthen services and improve the experience of those we serve.
You will collaborate with clinicians, program leaders, community partners, referral sources, and organizational leadership to ensure youth receive coordinated and effective care that supports long-term success.
You will oversee campus operations, budgeting, resource allocation, and strategic planning, helping ensure programs remain sustainable while continuing to grow and evolve with the needs of the community.
You will build relationships with local agencies, service providers, schools, community organizations, and stakeholders who share a commitment to improving outcomes for youth and families.
Some days you will be reviewing program performance, supporting leaders through complex situations, meeting with community partners, and planning for future growth. Other days you will be celebrating staff accomplishments, helping solve operational challenges, advocating for resources, or witnessing the progress of a young person whose future looks brighter because of the work your team provides.

What You Will Bring - Master's degree in Human Behavioral Science, Social Work, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of leadership experience within a child caring institution, child placing agency, residential treatment setting, or similar organization, required.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in a human services environment.
- Knowledge of child welfare, behavioral health, residential treatment, licensing, and regulatory standards.
- Strong financial management, budgeting, and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to analyze program outcomes and utilize data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive services.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.

Schedule - Full-time
- Monday - Friday, business office hours
- On-call flexibility required to support a 24/7 residential treatment program
- Flexibility required for evening meetings, campus events, or community functions
- Participation in leadership meetings, strategic planning initiatives, and program oversight activities
- Availability to respond to urgent operational matters as needed
- Travel within the community and organization as required
