The Senior Business Manager for the WWPS Global GSI (Global System Integrator) Partners Team is a highly visible role which serves as chief strategy, business liaison, and consultant on numerous business topics across organizational functions worldwide. The ideal candidate works to lead mission-critical initiatives and solve problems on behalf of the management team. This role is a strategic and trusted advisor to senior management, operational leadership, program management, and key stakeholders across the organization. The candidate will own communications, measurement, and reporting of organizational-wide strategic goals and objectives. This professional will leverage strategic planning and advisory skills to enhance operations management and support public sector sales in the development and execution of global strategies.
Key job responsibilities
Lead the implementation of functional programs across all regions by:
- Driving functional teams to determine best practices on key business and technical areas
- Ensuring best practices are shared appropriately
- Authoring narratives to define and execute organizational strategy
- Creating and deploying mechanisms to improve efficiency across the organization
- Taking a leadership role for critical projects that span the entire organization
- Building/managing sales dashboards and scorecards to drive optimal performance across the team

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of professional or military experience
- 5+ years of in program management, workforce strategy development, or metrics-driven decision making experience
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience leading complex, multi-year initiatives that may be cross-functional and/or span business and technology
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources, or related field, or PMP certificate
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
- Experience designing, implementing, and scaling workforce development programs across large-scale operations, including forecasting workforce needs and leveraging analytics to drive program decisions
- Experience in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting
- Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
